Specifications – Cost – Development Options

First: The Land

The land for the mosque is a donation from the landowner and is not included in the construction costs.


Second: Estimated Cost

Construction Cost: $130 per square meter.

The price includes:

  • All basic construction and finishing works.

  • A private well dedicated to the mosque.

  • Complete electrical wiring and installations.

  • Necessary equipment for operation.

Note: This is a non-profit program; the cost reflects actual implementation expenses only.


Third: Basic Specifications

Standard works include the following:

  • Structure & Walls: Built with bricks, plastered and painted.

  • Roofing: Wooden roof structure.

  • Flooring: Concrete base finished with linoleum (vinyl) or mats.

  • Restrooms: Ceramic flooring and wall tiles.

  • Water Supply: A private well to cover the mosque’s needs.

  • Equipment: Wall fans, microphone, speakers, and full electrical wiring.


Fourth: Optional Add-ons (Additional Cost)

The following items can be added based on the donor’s preference:

  • Flooring Upgrades: Ceramic tiles instead of concrete, high-quality carpets instead of mats, or insulating foam under carpets/mats.

  • Roofing & Finishes: Gypsum board ceiling instead of wood, or ceramic wall tiles instead of paint.

  • Fixtures & Cooling: Aluminum windows instead of iron, and air conditioning units.


Fifth: Donor Participation

  • The donor is welcome to attend any stage of the construction process.

  • The donor can also participate in the mosque’s opening ceremony upon completion.
